Matthew was last seen with his brother Keith at an apartment on Second Street. Neither have been seen since. He was living with this girl Elle for the past three weeks then for some reason the day before he moved out and the girl Elle had his phone at his Brother Keith's house right around the corner. They left around 10:30 to go over there with intentions of ripping off the drug dealer "G" and were never seen from again. The girl Elle called our house at 2:00 am looking to see if they came here and was annoyed that they didn't go right back to her. At that residence a report was made that two white men in hoodies stole 17 dollars from that "G" fellow and he said he was struck in the head. Distinguishing Characteristics: Tattoo on upper left arm,"Godfather". Close cropped head hair. Mustache and chin hair.
