Glasses with plasticframes. Previously fractured ankle. Had eye surgery when she was three years old.
Kelley was last heard from at approximately 9:00 p. m. on November 16, 2003, when she contacted her family indicating she was on her way home, and that she was taking the bus. She never arrived.
