Ms. Gantt had filed a sexual assault charge against a local man just prior to her disappearance. Tips over the years have led to additional searches and digs in the backyards of at least two homes in the Titusville area. At first law enforcement thought Ms. Gantt may have just left the area; foul play is now suspected.
