Richard has a full head of hair. It was very thick. Athletic & Slender build. 6" feet tall. Eyes were brown and very little eye lid showing. Tattoo of skull on his arm.
No jewerly. Did not wear glasses.
Champ house is a half-way house for men that suffer with drug addiction. Richard was thrown out of the Champ house due to</br>accusations of stealing. Last seen May 18, 1999 hitchhiking on Rt 197 in Bowie, Maryland.
