Missing vehicle was loacted 05/28/2010 in La Plata, MD in a Target Parking lot. According to a press release , �Foul play is suspected in his disappearance and it is probable that Hourihan is deceased. Sheriff's investigators believe that there are persons out there with information vital to this case that have yet to come forward. The sheriff's office would like to help provide closure to the family by locating Hourihan's remains and ensuring a proper burial. �
