Ivy was last seen at the Ferncliff Manor, a residential school for children with developmental disabilities, located at 1154 Saw Mill River Road. She lived at a homeless shelter at 1 Hudson Street and has not been seen since June 9, 2011. She was reported as missing July 16, 2011. Social service cards and a free cellphone given to her have not been used since her disappearance, and she had no money. She is known to frequent homeless shelters/women only shelters- Ivy usually walks around with a small rolling suitcase. Past victim of domestic violence. Mantell was devoted to her autistic son. Foul play is possible.
