Henry Smith was last seen about 6 p. m. near the Marriott Hotel in downtown Portland. He hasn't been seen or heard from since. A gold 1986 Jaguar XJS sedan, believed to have been driven by Henry Smith, was found in Downtown Portland. Smith may pose an immediate threat to his own safety, but he is not believed to pose any risk to the public.
