Scar noted on neck area (unknown exact location). Scar on right forearm area. Tattoo on either the right shoulder area or the left shoulder area of an unknown object. Partially bald on the top head, but longer hair around the ears and towards the back of his head.
Possibly last seen wearing blue jeans, a T-Shirt (light in color) and white athletic sneakers.
Mr. Stobierski was last seen on July 9, 2003 in Niles, Illinois.
