Cynthia was last seen with two unidentified black males on March 26, 1998 at about 10:30 p. m. at Kendzies Restaurant, Main St. , Lockport, New York. She lived alone at 186 Ontario Street in Lockport. She may have been involved in drugs and prostitution. Cynthia's DNA has been entered into VICAP. Foul play is suspected. There was a dig behind a 4-apartment home on Green St across from the railroad tracks in 2007 based on a tip by a man currently in prison. The results were negative.
