According to the investigation, Ortiz was apparently seen by an acquaintance in the downtown area in the 200 block of N. Bullard at about 9 p.m. on Halloween. "We are still treating this as an active missing person's case," Silver City Police Chief Ed Reynolds said Tuesday. Reynolds said his department has followed up on information that Ortiz was sited in Las Cruces as well as Roswell but he has yet to be found. David has a scar on his chest. Clothing:David was last seen wearing a blue long-sleeve sweater with a black T-shirt over it, black shorts, and wearing brown steel-toed boots.
