Diabetic, legally blind. Left eye partially sewn shut.
Delaney was last scene in November of 2003 in the King County area. He was reported missing by his brother after he had not been seen in some time. Welfare check at his apartment provided no clues to his whereabouts. Legally blind, but sees well enough to get around. Does not drive. He is known to frequent the Hoodsport, Shelton areas of Mason County. He always carries the following: Red and white small cooler with lid. Carries food items due to diabetes. Black leather backpack with literature, dry food, protein powder. Small blue duffle bag with medications, vitamins, herbal supplements.
