Brown medium-length hair may be greasy, disheveled and hidden by a baseball cap. He often uses public transportation and walks to carry out his daily activities.

Finck walked away from his family's Estacada cabin on January 29. He had just relocated to Estacada after his mother's death in late December. Finck has been a client of Washington County's Developmental Disabilities Program. He has not followed through on his typical routines which include attending his sheltered workshop in Hillsboro and visiting The Arc to collect spending money. Gary Finck is mentally challenged, but is self sufficient and rides the bus.
