Mr. Horak who is from the Czech Republic was visiting with a tour group; went hiking to Hanakapiai and became distressed while swimming in the ocean; tour companion tried to</br>bring him to shore but failed in trying, he swam to shore; when companion looked back he could not see him. Mr. horak has not been located. </br>Sea-based and aerial searches were conducted.
