Dion was last seen with his half brother, William Roland (also missing), at approximately 10:00pm leaving the Parktown Cafe Located in the Westside of Cincinnati, Ohio. He is from Memphis, Tennessee and had been visitng Cincinnati one day prior to his disappearance. The cell phones, wallets, and keys of both individuals were later found in a dumpster on McMicken Street in Cincinnati.
